Who we are
The Fox Family
Family owned
First and foremost, the Cornhusker entities are all about family. The Bellevue location was started by Ray and Donna Fox in 1986. A year later, the couple opened Cornhusker C-Store & Gas Station in Bellevue, then Cornhusker Express Lube in Bellevue. Also involved from the beginning were Mark and Carol Fox, the couple’s son and his wife. When they had two sons, they also became part of the team. Eventually, Ray and Donna’s grandson took the helm and expanded the operation into Fremont. He and his wife, Nicole, continue to own and operate all the Bellevue and Fremont locations and look forward to continuing on the strong Fox name in both communities.
Community Commitment
The Fox family is dedicated to making both communities they work in a better place to live, work, and play. That’s why they have a Community Cares program. A portion of each dollar spent at the car washes or express lubes goes into a program that helps 10-15 different non-profit organizations each month.
“If you’re only in business to make money, that’s bad business,” Brian Fox explains. He sees his business as a resource to support the community and give back to those in need. Prior organizations donated to include Bellevue Public Schools, Bellevue Community Foundation, Offutt Airforce Base, the Omaha Police Department and K-9 units, and the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
